Job Description We are seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in entertainment marketing design, visual storytelling, and advanced presentation design and a proven ability to translate campaign strategies into compelling creative that supports global television and feature film initiatives. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design high-impact creative assets, including launch decks, sales presentations, e-blasts, invitations, key art explorations, promotional campaigns, and partner-facing communications. Develop original visual concepts that position content for international distribution, licensing partners, and key stakeholders. Execute advanced image compositing, retouching, typography, and layout design to professional standards. Generate multiple creative directions and prepare polished, presentation-ready artwork for executive reviews, marketing initiatives, and global sales materials. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams to align creative with campaign objectives and audience strategies. Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative vision and design integrity across concurrent deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strengths in typography, image compositing, and visual storytelling. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote with the ability to design and build polished presentation decks. Strong visual judgment, composition skills, and understanding of entertainment marketing. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within a fast-paced environment. 2+ years of professional graphic design experience within entertainment, media, agency, or related creative environments. Preferred Skills: Formal design education from an accredited art, design, or visual communications program. Knowledge of current design, advertising, and entertainment trends, with a solutions-oriented approach to collaboration. Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and Excel. Why TSR?
