Jovie is hiring experienced, engaging caregivers to provide in-home care for infants and toddlers with local families throughout San Diego. This is a great opportunity for childcare professionals seeking a rewarding full-time nanny job with daytime hours, supportive leadership, and opportunities for growth.
• Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
• Support feeding, naps, and daily routines
• Encourage learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities
• Communicate with parents about their child’s day
• Create a positive environment where children can learn and grow
• Monday–Friday availability preferred
• Most shifts occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Typical shifts are 6–9 hours
• Work with vetted, local families
• Have at least 1 year of infant childcare experience
• Love working with infants and toddlers
• Are dependable and professional
• Communicate well with parents and children
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Can provide references (At least 2 related to childcare work; 1 character)
• Are least 18 years old
• Good to know: Experience may come from nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or other childcare settings.
