Digital Experience Product Leader

ABOUT THE ROLE

Gap International is creating a new digital experience designed to extend the impact of our work. The vision is established. Now we are looking for an exceptional Product Lead to help make it real.

This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up. You will work closely with Gap’s senior leadership to translate an ambitious vision into a compelling digital product, bringing together experience design, technology, content, customer insight, and external partners.

Leadership holds the vision. You will lead the work of turning that vision into an experience people can see, use, and return to.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Turn vision into product. Translate the vision into a clear product strategy, experience, roadmap, and priorities.
• Lead from 0 to 1. Move rapidly from ideas to prototypes, testing, learning, MVP, and launch.
• Shape the experience and continued engagement.
• Transform content into experience.
• Bring the right people together. Lead across creative, technology, content, customer engagement, and external partners to create one coherent experience.
• Drive choices and momentum. Establish priorities, make trade-offs, clear obstacles, and keep the work moving toward tangible outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in digital product leadership, product management, digital experience, innovation, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in business, technology, design, or a related field a plus.
• Proven experience building and launching digital products or experiences from 0 to 1—including prototyping, user testing, MVP development, and launch, and leading across design, technology, content, customer engagement, and business.
• Experience in digital transformation, customer experience, innovation, or technology-enabled products and services, with understanding of personalization, digital engagement, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.

LOCATION

Gap International associates are based out of our corporate office in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
