Salary: $104,000 - 144,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience supporting BI platforms and troubleshooting dashboard, data-refresh, and performance issues.
• At least 4 years of experience using Python or R for data analysis, troubleshooting, validation, or automation.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, and Spotfire; working knowledge of ThoughtSpot is preferred.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Experience with ITSM tools, including ServiceNow, and Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Experience troubleshooting PostgreSQL and Starburst environments, including performance, data consistency, and availability issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback during code reviews.

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire, and ThoughtSpot, resolving dashboard failures, data-refresh issues, and performance problems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across front-end interfaces, queries, data sources, and integrations.
• Manage escalated incidents, service requests, and operational tasks using ServiceNow, Jira, and Azure DevOps, providing timely updates and communication.
• Triage PostgreSQL and Starburst environments to address performance, data consistency, and availability issues.
• Validate dashboards, reports, data refreshes, and underlying data for accuracy and reliability.
• Use Python or R for data analysis, troubleshooting, validation, and automation as needed.
• Update ad hoc scripts as requested by the business and maintain high-quality configurations, workflows, and documentation.
• Support release cycles through effective testing and deployment readiness.
• Apply data visualization best practices to improve dashboard usability, accuracy, and performance.
• Collaborate with application, data engineering, and business teams to resolve issues and ensure timely communication and closure.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, operational reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation for recurring BI issues.
